Application Systems Engineer/Trainee

Job Purpose:

Train juniors to learn technical and be deployed to projects.

This is an entry level role, expected to contribute under supervision of more senior team members to the development (or maintenance) of applications that fulfil customer expectations from both a technical and business benefit perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bootcamp training in different technologies (like Java). With possible project immersion.
• Programming and Testing (in Java or other programming language as needed in projects).
• Modernization / Migration Tasks
• Software or Technical documentation
• Any other tasks as requested by the manager or client.

Skills & Experience

• IT graduates (fresh grads)
• With technical knowledge in software development
• Good work attitude and ethics

Work Location – Open for endorsements from both Manila and Cebu.

Work Schedule – Some projects follow Japan Calendar (must be flexible to work during PH holidays).

Hybrid Setup – will depend on the project requirement; must be open to RTO.

Shifting Schedule – will depend on the project requirement; must be open to be assigned to night shift if required.
