Project Manager

Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements. Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Drive and implement Agile principles and practices, such as Scaled Agile or Scrum Frameworks, to facilitate effective project execution. Guide teams through iterative development cycles, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Monitor and control project scope, identifying and managing changes as required. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, customer expectations, and business objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Escalate critical concerns to senior management, as necessary.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and clients, to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations. Foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members and stakeholders. Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting progress, issues, risks, and key metrics. Conduct effective project presentations and meetings.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to learn from experiences and implement best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate of BS in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any IT-related course
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Agile tools and software development lifecycle management platforms like Azure DevOps, etc. is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), etc. is a plus.
• Experience in working with foreign clients.
