About

• Proven experience in managing or leading a team (not just on projects, but being directly responsible for a teams performance)
• Certifications: Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, System Architect
• Ideally consulting experience
• As Salesforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Defining best practice development standards for the Salesforce platform, and managing adherence to the development standards
• Working with the Sales and the Salesforce Practice Director to define a training and enablement plan based on the J4RVIS sales pipeline. Manage adherence to the plan
• Work with the resourcing team to understand recruitment requirements for the team and manage the recruitment process
• Team leadership including; reviews, resource planning, competency framework and leveling reviews, performance management, 1:1s, goal setting and tracking, team building etc.

Qualifications And Requirements

The role is suited for someone with the following:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience and the ability to design software solutions that solve medium to complex requirements built on the Salesforce platform
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Demonstratable effective team management capabilities, with the ability to strategically plan enablement and engagement on a large scale
• Ability to apply patterns to design optimal and reusable solutions
• Has built and used frameworks in Salesforce that automate common tasks
• Experience in using the CLI to deploy changes via the metadata API
• Knowledge and experience in setting up and using CI/CD
• These Salesforce Certifications are essential: Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, System Architect
