CS EVERYWHERE (WFH) is a permanent Work from Home with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS EVERYWHERE includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, and PC/Laptop. Use the office when there is an internet or power issue. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.

As the Development and IT Champion at Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy, you play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness, performance, and functionality of our booking software. This role encompasses both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) expertise, as well as technical support and website development and integration understanding. Your mission is to provide customers with a seamless and delightful experience while upholding the reputation of the Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy brands. We are driven by the vision of inspiring kids to develop a lifelong love for sports.

Software Functionality:

• Ensure all aspects of the booking software work as designed, providing a smooth booking experience for customers.
• Address and resolve breakdowns, bugs, or glitches in the booking software promptly, ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Work closely with the CEO to understand priorities and effectively fix existing functionality limitations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for software enhancements that align with the company's business requirements.

Proactive User Testing:

• Conduct regular proactive user testing to identify and resolve potential bugs or issues before they impact customers.
• Collaborate with the CEO and customer service team to continuously improve the client experience, addressing any pain points or concerns.
• Enhance the efficiency of the customer service department through improved functionality and features of the booking app.

User Experience (UX) and Functionality:

• Take a proactive approach to identify and implement improvements that enhance the user experience, making it intuitive and enjoyable.
• Collaborate with the CEO and relevant stakeholders to build or update new functionality that aligns with Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy strategic vision.
• Ensure the booking software provides a seamless experience for users, from the initial booking process to follow-up communication.

Integration and Support:

• ork closely with 3rd party apps and software providers to ensure seamless integration into the booking app, streamlining processes.
• Provide expert IT support to the Ginger Sport & Quest Football Academy team as needed, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Update and maintain the Ginger Sport and Quest Football Academy websites, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience.

Qualifications And Requirements

Key Technical Skills:

• Demonstrate expertise in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB, using these technologies to drive software innovation.
• Possess a strong understanding and experience with Siteground and Google Workspace to optimise website performance and collaboration.
• Showcase knowledge of WordPress, domain, and email hosting to maintain and improve the company's online presence.
• Apply principles of user experience to create a user-friendly interface that aligns with industry best practices.
• Utilise server maintenance skills to ensure the stability and reliability of the booking software.
